Matsui 301 Matte White RC

Matsui Matte 301M Base is a semi-opaque matte white binder base designed for screen printing on colored fabrics. It can be mixed with pigments and printed through high mesh count screens up to 305.

Product Information:

Mesh:

• Suitable for use with 120 - 305/inch (47-120/cm) mesh screens.

Stencil:

• Use a water-proof direct emulsion or capillary film for optimal results.

Squeegee:

• Square edge, 60-80 durometer blade.

Printing:

• Mix with Matsui 301 Neo pigments (5-10% pigment to binder by weight) and print directly onto colored fabrics or over a white under base on colored fabrics.

Drying:

• Cure for 2.5 to 3 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
• Use an air flow dryer to cure the ink more efficiently.

Clean Up:

• Simply use water and mild soap or detergent.
