High-Opacity Primer for Seamless Surface Preparation

Fast Dry Blockout White is a premium, fast-drying alkyd primer designed for blocking out previously painted sign faces. Its high opacity makes it an excellent choice for priming wood and MDO board surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even base for new paint applications. With a flat finish, this primer prepares surfaces for bulletin colors, background enamels, or artist oil colors. It effectively covers old bulletin or pictorial layers and provides an ideal surface for carbon pouncing or felt tip layout of artwork.

Dry Time:

• At 70°F, 50% Relative Humidity:
  • Dries to touch: 30 to 45 minutes
  • Ready to handle: 2 hours
  • Ready to recoat: 3 to 4 hours
  • Full cure: 8 hours
• Note: Drying time may be extended under colder or more humid conditions.
